1. VAT
All of our quoted prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. However adjustments will have to be made to comply with any change in rates or other legally imposed changes in respect of VAT.

 

2.  Payment
A deposit will be required at time of order with the balance due 4 days before delivery. No goods will be left unless payment in full is received. Payments by cheques, credit cards, or debit cards must be made in advance of delivery.
Where payment has not been made in accordance with the above , we reserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding balance at a rate of 2.5% per month

 

3.  Storage
If you are unable to take delivery of goods when these become available, storage can be arranged Free of Charge for a maximum of 2 weeks as long as payment in full is made immediately. Storage for longer period may be arranged at the Company’s discretion but this will be chargeable.

 

4. Extended Credit
Applications for credit will be processed as quickly as possible, however no goods paid for in this way can be delivered, supplied or ordered from our suppliers until credit approval has been received.

 

5.  Title
All goods supplied to you by us remain our property until such time as payment in full has been received by us and cleared through the banking system. In the event our your being in default of payment we may remove and resell the goods and you will grant us irrevocable permission to enter your premises at any time to examine and / or recover the goods.

 

6. Delivery
Delivery will be arranged within our normal delivery areas on designated days. Requests for specially timed deliveries may be possible, but will be subject to a special charge. Delivery of goods will be deemed to have taken place when these are taken from our vehicle at your delivery address. Whilst we always exercise great care and consideration when in your property we cannot, under any circumstances , accept liability for any occurrence that may take place therein.
You must inspect all goods on delivery and advise us of any shortages or damages. Should this not be possible because of packaging, etc., written notification must be sent within 3 days of delivery, time being of the essence
If access to the property is not possible, if required and at your risk and at an extra cost, alternative arrangements such as dismantling , the use of hoists, lifting tackle or alterations to the goods may be possible.
On request we will endeavour to place the goods in the desired room providing there is reasonable access.
Where free delivery is granted it is on the basis that delivery will take place within 7 days notice of the goods being available for delivery otherwise the delivery will be charges at our standard charge of £35

 

7. Deliver Dates
All dates quoted at the time of sale are made in good faith and are not legally binding and while we always make every effort to houour them, it must be recodnised that these are estimates only and consequently we cannot accept liability or damage claims resulting from overdue deliveries

 

8. Cancellations
You are reminded that all orders placed with and accepted by us form part of a legally binding contract. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Cancellation of orders sold from stock can only be made if cancellation is requested on the same day as the purchase date.

 

9. Colours and Finishes

While every effort is made to match colours and finishes all natural and many synthetic colours and finishes can only be supplied on the understanding that there is always a possibility of variation

Variation in product Specification
Due to shortage of certain new raw materials some products supplied by the company could differ slightly in actual construction from the goods shown in our sample or pattern form. The Company states any changes that are made will result in a performance of an equally high or improved standard. The quality coding will remain the same and the quality guarantee will continue to apply.
